Hello! My name is Georgia
I’m a qualified therapist with a background in counselling, psychotherapy and CBT approach. I hold a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Childhood Studies, and a Diploma in CBT, which have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of mental health across various stages of life. I specialize in working with families, supporting parents and couples through relationship challenges, as well as working with adolescent and adult students. In addition, I have extensive experience helping individuals manage issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues, grief, phobias and low self-esteem. My approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centred, and I believe that with the right support, everyone has the ability to create positive, lasting change. I’m here to guide you toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, no matter where you are in your journey.
